BlueKeep Quarantine Remediation

To remove a device from quarantine or remove a VPN block, click Request Remediation and complete the form.

If the form is completed between 9:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday, the device will be removed from quarantine as quickly as possible, but within 4 hours of completion. The device will remain unquarantined for 18 hours to enable users to follow the remediation instructions found here: https://unh.box.com/v/BlueKeepUserFAQ
