The BRM will assist with vendor due diligence review, financial assessment, requirements matching, security considerations and assessment of IT resource requirements from vendor review through implementation. The BRM can guide departments to leverage the most appropriate existing IT services and products available across UNH and USNH. Following the software implementation, the BRM will offer Service Management lifecycle consulting. The BRM can help define who will manage accounts, how will upgrades be implemented, end user communications, success metrics, total cost of ownership, security and vendor relationship management.

File Transfer Services

File Transfer Services (FTS) provides the transfer of enterprise production data to and from known vendors or USNH departments. Incoming data is processed into the Enterprise Systems and outgoing data is processed by vendors or administrative offices at USNH.

IT Service Management (ITSM) is comprised of processes and tools that support consistent delivery of IT services to the USNH community.

This service focuses on production job scheduling and monitoring, mainly through AppMan, and supports ETS and administrative departments.
