This article lists the important dates for teaching evaluations for the current term. This information includes the start of the process (data review) to when the report is issued.

Content

Course evaluations for the Spring 2020 semester will follow the schedule listed below. The new dates are published within the first few weeks of each semester.

Important dates: Data integrity Dates

 
Courses ending in March: 
DIG will be open:   2/10 – 2/14, 2020
 
Courses ending in April: 
DIG will be open:   3/16 – 3/20, 2020
 
Courses ending in May: 
DIG will be open:   3/30 – 4/10, 2020
 

Evaluation schedule 

The start date for the evaluations for end of regular term courses will be based off the course end date. Standard evaluations will run from two weeks before the course end date (as listed in Banner) to the day before finals begin. Online course evaluations will be available to students 7 days before course end date and run 3 days after course ends. For short duration courses, typical of summer and January terms, a modified evaluation schedule may be set by Academic Technology.

  • Full Term Spring 2020 Course Evaluations will run from April 20 – May 6, 2020.
  • Online and short term courses will continue to run 7 days before to 3 days after course end date.
  • Course Evaluation Reports are anticipated to be released the first week of June.
