Kaltura: Sharing Media with Other Users

Summary

This article describes how to share media with other users.

Content

Kaltura media owners have the ability to change media ownership, and are able to add co-editors and co-publishers to their media.

Co-editors can edit the media entry's details, trim and replace media, and edit things like captions and slides, as well as see the analytics for the media they co-edit. Co-editors CANNOT delete media or add new co-editors and co-publishers.

Co-publishers can publish media to their courses or MediaSpace channels.

Co-viewers can watch videos, but not edit or publish them.
