Process to Receive a Student Banner Logon

The process for receiving Banner Navigation/Security Training (student banner) is the following:
1. Your supervisor opens a ticket requesting a logon account. The information the supervisor needs to provide is the username of new Banner user and the access the new Banner user requires. Usually a username of someone who has the same access the new Banner user requires
2. A&D receives the ticket and creates the logon id but locks it. A&D support ensures the trainer is copied in the ticket
3. Ticket get passed to Student Banner Navigation & Security Trainer. The trainer will reach out to new Banner user to schedule the training
4. After training, the trainer will submit your signed user form to A&D
5. A&D will unlock new Banner user logon id. Update ticket that ID is unlocked
6. The trainer will send new Banner user an email
