Tags PSU

This will set the default printer configuration for a user's multifunction printer.

1. Open the start menu and click "Control Panel." Select the item labeled Devices and Printers. You should see a list of all the printers mapped to your device.
2. Right-click on either of the printers you wish to change defaults on and select "Printer Preferences."
3. Edit the settings in this menu as you see fit for your default printing mode. You may have to switch to the tab labelled "Color Options" to select B/W only.
4. Click OK to save these settings as the Driver Defaults.
5. Repeat the process for your second multifunction if needed.
