Welcome to the Technology Help Desk Client Portal

The Help Desk client portal allows KSC faculty, staff, and students to submit tickets for assistance, request services or look for answers and information using our knowledgebase.  Once you submit service request, it will be routed to the appropriate technician who can begin working on your request.  The portal provides another way for you to get help from us!

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
