Human Resources is entrusted to maintain sensitive employee information. Due to the personal and confidential nature of the following employee information, it may only be released in aggregate form: 

  • Gender 
  • Birthdate 
  • Personal Address or Personal Email Address 
  • Personal Telephone Number 
  • Social Security Number 
  • Marital Status 
  • Medical and Medical Leave of Absence Information 
  • Participation in Benefit Plans 
  • Dependents 
  • Veteran Status 
  • Disability Status 
  • Race, Color, National Origin 
  • Additional approval required from the Associate VP for Community, Equity, and Diversity 
  • Workplace Investigation Records 
  • IT ID 

The following employee information requires special consideration of the business reason for release: 

  • USNH ID# 
  • Salary 

Additional Notes: 

  • Information requested by unions should be approved by John Wallin, Assistant Provost for Contract Administration 
  • Right to Know requests should be noticed to USNH 
  • Requests from media outlets require consultation with UNH Media Relations (Erika Mantz or Mica Stark)
