What is BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar)?

BeyondTrust is the remote support application that allows support technicians to remotely connect to end-user systems from their computer or mobile device. UNH Technicians use BeyondTrust when providing support, instruction, and troubleshooting to clients.

Who Uses BeyondTrust?

The primary users of UNH BeyoundTrust are:  IT Client Services -- Service Desk, Technical Services & Consulting Group, Network Operations, Academic Technology, Granite State College -- Educational Technology & Computing, College of Liberal Arts, College of Life Sciences & Agriculture, College of Health & Human Services, Paul College of Business and Economics, Department of Education, UNH Manchester, Enterprise Computing Group, and Cooperative Extension.


How Do I Request Access to BeyondTrust?
 

Access to BeyondTrust can be requested through the Accounts Management System by selecting the "BeyondTrust" option under "ITSM". (Note: Do Not Use Internet Explorer).

Your technician will direct you on how to access Bomgar if remote support is required by accessing remote.usnh.edu
