Task: To Access Distribution Lists in Outlook on the Web.
Instructions
Step 1 - Select the Cog Icon at the top right of you Outlook on the Web Profile.
Step 2 - Click View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the pane.
Step 3 - On the left of the screen select General
Step 4 - Select the Distribution Groups label.
Outcome
Groups owned by you will appear on the right side, while groups you belong to are located on the left

Task: To Modify the Members of a Distribution List.
Instructions
Step 1 - Under the "distribution groups I own", open the Distribution List that you would like to edit (double click it or select it and click the pencil icon to edit)
Step 2 - Select the membership tab.
- To add members click the plus (+)
- Use the "Search People" feature to find a recipient to add as a member
- Double click their name or click the plus(+) next to their name (you can add multiple users at once)
- Hit Save in the top left
- To remove a member, select their name and click the Subtract Icon.
Step 3 - When you are finished editing the Distribution List, click Save.
If you are receiving an error updating a distribution list try clearing the cache by starting to type the address in and then clicking the x next to the name.
Outcome
Your Distribution List has been modified.
