Accounts: Checking the Status of an Accounts Management System Request

Summary

This article shows how to access the statuses of account requests, which can be found in the My Account Requests section of the Accounts Management System. Here, you can find a list of all the account requests you have made for yourself, for others, as well as any account requests that others have made on your behalf.

Instructions

Step 1 - Log into the Accounts Management System (Note: Do not use Internet Explorer). 

Step 2 - Click the View My Account Requests option on the left hand menu.

Any account requests made by you or for you will display in the list, along with the status of each request.

Outcome

You should be able to view account requests within the My Account Requests section of the Accounts Management System.
