Bookings: Republishing your Bookings Calendar after Migration


Once your institution has gone through the M365 migration it may be necessary to republish your Bookings calendars in order for them to function correctly. This article will walk you through the steps of doing so.


Follow these steps to republish your Bookings calendars after the M365 migration.

  1. Sign into Microsoft 365
  2. Click on app squares >> Select Bookings
  3. Click on “Get it Now”
  4. Find your calendar in the search box
  5. Select calendar
  6. Click on Booking Page
  7. Verify settings
  8. Select Save & Publish

Any public links to the Bookings will need to be updated to link to the new Bookings page. 

To copy the link from the Booking page

  1. Click on the Copy button
  2. Paste the new link where needed
