Bookings: Republishing your Bookings Calendar after Migration

This article provides instructions on how to republish your Bookings page in Microsoft Office 365 after migration.

 

How-To

Because of the USNH M365 migration it may be necessary to republish your Bookings calendars in order for them to function correctly.

 

Task: To republish Bookings calendars after the M365 migration.

 

Instructions

Step 1 - Sign into portal.office.com 

Step 2 - Click app squares > Bookings.

Step 3 - Click Get it Now.

Step 4 - Find the calendar in the search box.

Step 5 - Select Calendar.

Step 6 - Click Booking Page.

Step 7 - Verify settings.

Step 8 - Select Save and Publish.

 

Outcome

The Bookings page is republished in Microsoft Office 365.

Task: To copy the link from the Booking page.

Any public links to the Bookings need to be updated to link to the new Bookings page.

 

Instructions

Step 1 - Click Copy.

Step 2 - Paste the new link where needed.

 

Outcome

Your link has been copied.
