Setting up PSU Email on Apple Mac Mail

These instructions are provided to help assist with configuring your Apple Mac Mail client to receive your PSU emails using Office 365.

Configuration
Before setting up PSU email on your Apple Mac Mail client please ensure that your computer is connected to the internet (and or registered on: PSU WIRELESS or connected to Mobile Data).

1. Open the Apple Mac Mail email client

2. Select "Exchange" then click the "Continue" button

3. Enter the following information...

  • Enter your Name
  • Enter your PSU email address in the form of: username@plymouth.edu
  • *username should equal your personal myPlymouth username
  • Enter your myPlymouth password
  • Click the "Sign In" button

4. Select the apps you want to use with this account then click the "Done" button

5. Apple Mac Mail should now start to sync your PSU Email
