OneDrive: Sharing Folders and Files with External Users

Summary:

This article will talk about how to share content with users outside of USNH.  Sharing OneDrive or SharePoint files with external users (guests) allows you to securely collaborate with people outside your organization such as your peers, vendors, clients, or customers — with or without a Microsoft 365 subscription, OneDrive, or SharePoint account.

 

Content:

 Sharing Folders or Files is a need in many cases for users to collaborate with peers outside of USNH.  Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint allow this to happen using links and permissions set against those links.
