Microsoft Services Update - FAQ

Starting on Thursday, April 8 at 11:30 PM through 11:30 PM on Saturday, April 10, Microsoft will perform updates that will affect access to your files on Microsoft OneDriveSharePoint, and Teams. This work will impact all Granite State College (GSC), University of New Hampshire (UNH) students, faculty and staff, and the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) System Office. During the updates, files will be read-only on Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

The following is a list of frequently asked questions. We will add to this list as more information becomes available.
