Allow Commas to Separate Multiple E-Mail Recipients - Outlook Desktop App
Note: this can only be done on the Outlook desktop app on your computer. This cannot be done in the browser (web) version from myPlymouth.
- Click on "File" in the upper left corner of Outlook mail.

- Click "Options" in the file menu.

- A new window will open. Select "Mail."

- Scroll down, and find the "Send messages" block. It should be near the bottom.

- Check the box that says "Commas can be used to separate multiple message recipients" by clicking on it.

- Click "OK" in the lower right.

Keep in mind this will not disable any other feature. If you prefer to use both semicolons and commas, that is an option.
