Allow Commas to Separate Multiple E-Mail Recipients - Outlook Desktop App

Note: this can only be done on the Outlook desktop app on your computer. This cannot be done in the browser (web) version from myPlymouth.

  1. Click on "File" in the upper left corner of Outlook mail.

  1. Click "Options" in the file menu.

  1. A new window will open. Select "Mail."

  1. Scroll down, and find the "Send messages" block. It should be near the bottom.

  1. Check the box that says "Commas can be used to separate multiple message recipients" by clicking on it.

  1. Click "OK" in the lower right.

Keep in mind this will not disable any other feature. If you prefer to use both semicolons and commas, that is an option.
