Dell Purchases - Institutional

The following instructions are to gain access to the USNH Dell Premier website to make online institutional purchases of Dell devices and accessories for your department. This process cannot be used for personal purchases

Note: Each department has a designated Buyer for Dell Premier. If you are not a designated Buyer, you may still request a Shopper account below to view products and create an eQuote to send to your Buyer for review. 

  1. If you’re a first-time Dell Premier Shopper, CLICK HERE to request a login.

    If you’re a returning Dell Premier Shopper or Buyer, CLICK HERE to login.
     
  2. First time shoppers Login Request: This will take you to a UNH TeamDynamix page.
    • Click the Request Account button. This will open the Computer Purchasing Account request form.
    • This form must be filled out *ONLY* by the account holder. Please do not submit requests on behalf of other users.
    • After your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
    • When creating your password, please do not use your USNH account password.
    • Click Create My Account to agree to the terms of service.
       
  3. To begin shopping, select the “View USNH Standard Configurations” button.
    (Registered Shoppers my view product offerings and create/save eQuotes; Registered Buyers may create/save eQuotes, place orders using a UNH PCard, manage their Dell account, check order status, view previous purchases, and more.) 
     
  4. If you have a business requirement that is not met by the USNH Standard Configuration, you may submit a Standard Computer Exception request form here:
