Overview of Microsoft Bookings

Microsoft Bookings allows people within or outside the University to book appointments on an online scheduling calendar that integrates with existing Outlook office calendars. Faculty can use Bookings to provide their availability for office hours and allow students to book appointments. Staff and departments can use Bookings to provide their availability to both internal and external colleagues and allow them to schedule a time for a meeting or event.

How Microsoft Bookings works

As with all of the Office 365 apps, Bookings is a tile in the app launcher. Click the tile to launch the app or select the app launcher, and then select Bookings.

The first time you open the app, you'll see the home page, which includes a left nav and three prominent tiles that guide you through setup and introduce new features.
