To view your Quarantine, navigate to https://protection.office.com/quarantine in a web browser. Note: If this link does not work from your Outlook client, try a private browser or a new browser window.
Block senders and domains
Select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email
If you would like to block an email address, select add and enter the email address under blocked senders and domains. If you would like to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name under the same field. Once it is entered select save.

Stop messages from going into your Junk Email folder
Select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Junk email
Under the safe senders and domains section, select add and enter the email address or domain and select save.
