EAB Navigate360: Data Discrepancies

Task: This article will outline the steps to take in the event the user notices incorrect or inconsistent data within Navigate.

 

Instructions:

In the event the User identifies data that is either incorrect or inconsistent with other applications. Examples of situations may be the student is classified incorrectly, Student major is incorrect, wrong advisor, inaccurate classes, wrong credit total etc.  The user should take one of the following actions:

  1. Call the Service Desk at 603-862-4242 and report the issue.  A TD ticket will be created and forwarded to the appropriate team
  2. Submit an on-line webform detailing the information.  The form is found under the "Need additional Help" area of the knowledge base article.

Many times the data feed will need to be modified by the administrators.

Outcome:

User will be able to outline the steps to take in the event the user notices incorrect or inconsistent data within Navigate.
