If your AVST UNH Voicemail account says it is "locked", you can unlock it by resetting your voicemail password. This article contains instructions on how to reset your password for an individual UNH AVST voicemail account or group account that you control. An AVST self-service password reset tool is available on the Home Page of the Telecom website.
How-to
Task: To reset your password for an individual account
Instructions
Step 1 - Go to https://telecom.usnh.edu and login with your AD credentials.
Step 2 - Navigate to the Voicemail section
Step 3 - Click on link to Voicemail Password Reset tool.
Step 4 - You will be directed to an option to Request Password Reset
Step 5 - An email will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password.
Outcome
You should be able to reset your individual voicemail account password.

Task: To reset your password for a group account that you control
Instructions
Step 1 - Go to https://telecom.usnh.edu and login with your AD credentials.
Step 2 - Navigate to the the menu option Make a Request
Step 3 - Questions and Estimates, fill out the form to request your group voicemail to be unlocked and password reset.
Be sure to include the extension of the account in the request.
Outcome
You should be able to reset your password for a group voicemail account that you control.
