AVST - Recording an Out-of-Office Greeting

Task: To record an out-of-office greeting in the AVST system:

1. Call the AVST system:
   1. From your extension -- dial 862-4444
   2. From a phone other than your extension -- dial 862-4444 and Press * then Press # and enter your mailbox number, when prompted
2. Enter account security code
3. Press 3 to access Phone Manager
4. Press 1 for Personal Options
5. Press 3 to record a personal greeting
6. Press 3 to record an Out-of-Office greeting
7. Press 2 to start recording and Press 2 again to stop recording
8. Press 5 to Save the Out-of-Office greeting

You can press the Star ( * ) key at any time to return to Personal Options
