Teaching Evaluation Software (Blue) - Data Integrity Gateway (DIG)-Adding/deleting Instructors and TA's

Task: This article is intended for Teaching Evaluation (TEV) Coordinators and will instruct the user on the Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) process for adding/deleting Instructors and TA's.

Adding/deleting Instructors and TA's

Why is this done?

Often the correct instructor is populated in the instructor area. Depending on the course there may be a need to add additional instructors as well as TA's. If there was a change in instructor during the semester and it did not register in Banner there may not be an instructor listed or it could contain the wrong person. It is important to have the proper names listed in the area in order for the evaluations to be done for the correct instructor(s) and/or TA(s).

How is this done?

  1. Log in to DIG at https://unh.bluera.com/unh/ with your UNH username and password
  2. Click on Review and Publish the Data assigned to you for the current DIG project
  3. Find your course by using the search or scroll through the list
  4. click on Edit button to expand
  5. Scroll down to the Instructor Field and click to expand
  6. Add by clicking Assign Instructors or remove individuals by clicking the X in top right corner of information box
  7. Scroll up and click Save
  8. If the instructor is not listed:  In the event you followed the steps outlined above, but are unable to find the instructor needed, please submit a Support Form

Outcome:

Blue DIG Coordinators will be able to add Faculty or TA's to a course.
