Teaching Evaluations - Important Dates

Purpose: This article lists the important dates for teaching evaluations for the current term. This information includes the start of the process (data review) to when the report is issued.

Scope of Article: Provided are the dates regarding Teaching Evaluations at UNH - Durham, UNH - Manchester, UNH - Law, Plymouth State and Keene State

Course evaluations for the Summer 2021 semester will follow the schedule listed below. The new dates are published within the first few weeks of each semester.

 

Data Integrity Gateway [DIG] Dates

Summer 2022 Term:

  • June DIG runs May 23, 2022 (THIS IS ONLY GUARANTEED TO BE OPEN FOR ONE DAY)
    • Due to the upgrade to Blue 8, we are on a shortened timeline and will have a very short DIG. If you are a TEV Coordinator and you are going to be away, please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements.
    • We will attempt to open the DIG early if our schedule allows (could be as early as May 19, 2022). We will notify Liaisons and TEV Coordinators as soon as the DIG becomes available to you.
    • This DIG will include all courses that END in June
  • July DIG runs June 8 – June 15, 2022
    • Includes all courses that END in July
  • August DIG runs July 12 – July 18, 2022
    • Includes all courses that END in August
  • Law courses will be included in these DIGs. There will not be a separate DIG for Law School.

Spring 2022 Term:

  • Spring EOT DIG runs March 31 - April 13, 2022
    • Includes all courses that END in April (none) or May

  • Law EOT DIG will run from March 21 until April 7

Evaluation schedule 

  • The start date for the evaluations for end of regular term courses will be based off the course end date. Standard evaluations will run from two weeks before the course end date (as listed in Banner) to the day before finals begin.
  • Online course evaluations will be available to students 7 days before course end date and run 3 days after course ends.  This includes E-Term courses
  • For short duration courses, typical of Summer

Schedule:   

  • Full term courses will be evaluated from Aug 5 – Aug 15
  • Law courses will be evaluated on dates relative to their course end date and according to the rules of the Evaluation Schedule above.
  • Online and short term courses will continue to run 7 days before to 3 days after course end date
  • Durham/Manchester end of term courses ending in May will be evaluated from April 25 - May 9
  • Law School courses will be evaluated: April 18-29
  • Online and short term courses will continue to run 7 days before to 3 days after course end date

Result Reports:

  • Summer reports are anticipated to be released within a week after the final grades close for the Summer Semester.
  • Spring reports are anticipated to be released by June 3rd
