Sharing a Personal Calendar in Outlook Desktop App

For Windows

  1. Select calendar or the calendar icon in the bottom left of the Local Outlook Client

  2. Right click the calendar you want to share.
  3. Hover over the Share option from the context menu.
  4. Click E-Mail Calendar or Share Calendar.
  5. Fill out the To: field with the user with whom you would like to share your calendar.
  6. Choose the level of Details from the drop down.

  7. Create a message detailing the calendar.
  8. Click Send.

For Mac

  1. Select the calendar icon in the bottom left.

  2. Right click the calendar you want to share.
  3. Click Sharing Permissions.
  4. Click Add User and find the user with whom you would like to share your calendar.
  5. Click Add
  6. Choose the Permission Level from the drop down.

  7. Click Ok.
