Canvas: Known Issues

This article provides a summary of the known issues currently in Canvas.

Content

• Android mobile app - Unable to authenticate to Canvas using the Android mobile app.   The work around is to have users sign on through the Chrome mobile browser and perform most actions.
• Inactive students appear in the Moderate Quiz view.  During and after students have taken a quiz the Moderate Quiz view is available to see a log of  the student quiz activity.  Students who are no longer in the course (status = Inactive) still appear in this list.  Canvas knows about this and is working on fixing the issue.
