Sending a Meeting Request in Outlook on the Web

IMPORTANT: When choosing a subject line make it descriptive and appropriate, it is possible that the public will be able to view the subject.
  1. Log into Outlook on the Web

  2. At the bottom of the page, select the calendar icon Calendar 

  3. At the top of the page, select New event    New event button

  4. Fill in the meeting information as needed, including meeting attendees

  5. Use the Scheduling assistant to make sure all attendees are free as well as confirming the room is open

  6. Select Send

Requesting a Room Resource in Outlook on the Web

  1. Select the calendar button from the bottom right corner of the mailbox

  2. Click New, in the top right corner

  3. In the Add a location or room bar, type the name of the room you want to request. You can also click Add Room, to see a full list of all available rooms
