PSU Course Evals (Blue) - Accessing from Canvas for Faculty/TA

Instructions:

Faculty and TA Access to surveys in Blue

Instructors will receive an automated email notification five days prior to the start of Course Evaluations for the semester and reminders at the start of and during the survey period. Instructors will be able to access the Course Evaluations from the Blue link in the email or from the menu in any of their courses in Canvas. The menu item is called "Course Evals". 

NOTE: Instructors will also see "Course Evals" in the course menu. This is the Course Evals link for students only.

NOTE: If you cannot see "Course Evals" link try opening another course by clicking on Courses - All courses. If it still does not show see Managing the Course Menu

From the "Course Evals" course menu, instructors will have access to the following:

1. Course Evals Tasks: view real-time course survey response rates.

3. CourseEval Results: view course survey reports once results have been released.

Outcome:

User should now be able to access their Course Evaluation information in Blue and completion rate information.
